I currently have a Benchmark DAC1 (USB) hooked up to my Mac Mini via the 3.5mm digital socket using a Chord optical 3.5 - tosling cable.
I am thinking about upgrading my Mac to a Mac Pro and was wondering if I could set up a coaxial socket in the Mac Pro as I believe coaxial digital cable to the Benchmark DAC would produce better sound quality.
Can I set up a coaxial socket in a Mac Pro and if so how do I do it?
