photobooth effects in skype

hey!

is there a posibility to apply the photobooth effects to a video conversation via skype? i know leopard wil integrate them with ichat, but i would like to have them for any application. something really cool would be a blue/green-screen for custom backgrounds... is anything out there in the net?

is a nice app and free, open source.
