PPC games on intel

iMac Core i5(3.6 GHz) 8 GB RAM, MBP C2Duo(2.4 GHz) 4 GB RAM, MB C2Duo(2.4 GHz) 2 GB RAM
I really liked KOTOR on the Xbox and want to get it for my intel mac, but right now it is only available for PPC (there is a universal binary beta patch out but I dont know how reliable it is). Im running a 2.2ghz core2 duo, would it be able to run a game like that through rossetta smoothly or am I crazy for thinking that it might?

but if it doesnt work i'll have just wasted 50 bucks on a game I cant play
