I downloaded a free try IconBuilder . But I don't understand the instructions. I tried it and failed. This is the IconBuilder Installation I got and that's where I failed. I have CS3
1. Copy IconBuilder to your AdobePhotoshop, Elements or Fireworks plug ins folder
2. Copy this folder of essential files to the destination of choice on your hard drive
3. Open both of these files to learn the basics on how to use iconbuilder
