I'm pretty sure my iPhone would look like that in those lighting conditions.

That's not a white iPhone. The back of the iPhone is anodized aluminum and the top is black. If you look closely, you'll notice that the top of that phone is indeed black. It could have either been the lighting or some touching up that caused the back to look more white than aluminum.

In that case I would blame it more on the print. But the colour shown is definitely not silver.

It's obviously just the light reflecting off the backing.

Whatever it is, I don't think Apple is the company that makes 'pretty white products' anymore. Everything is moving into the pro aluminum look. Which is a good thing...

Silver is a very reflective material. Any light shining on the back of an iPhone will make it appear brighter than it ususally is. Plus, that closeup is washed out (too bright) making the iPhone seem white.

I took a photo near my window. I over exposed it some and it's very close to the photo in the link.

Looks like there was a commercial using a white version of the iPhone.

White iPhone?

Could this be real or is it fake?
Its real. And it is not white. It isn't a fault of the printer either. It is the lighting and the setting in the photo that makes it appear lighter in color.
