Does it cost extra to use the internet if you aren't on wifi?

I've been using it, I have the $20 plan, and i'm curious to how much it's going to be costing me.

You should definitely try to learn more about a product you buy, but to answer your question, no, it does not cost extra. If it did, what is that extra $20 paying for?
