I've searched but to no avail.

I am new Mac Switcher.
I have a brend new MBP 2.2Ghz, 2G RAM running 10.4.

I installed the whole of Final Cut Studio, and during the install of the first disk I got the following error:

"ConfigureMimeTypes quit unexpectedly
EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001)
KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS 0x0001 at 0x004bd000"

All the programs seem to install okay, but I don't want to run into problems later on.
Is this something to worry about?
Is it a know bug?
Can anyone help?

THANKYOU

Your Mac's Specs
Mac Pro, 8GB o' RAM, 4.5 TB o' disc space, OS Ecks 10.6.7, etc
Do the apps run fine? After the install, be sure to run the Software Update thingy from the System Preferences and look for any updates to those apps and also any "professional app" updates I think they are called which updates the whole studio suite. If there happen to be any problems, those updates should likely fix it. But if the apps seem to be running fine, I wouldn't worry too much.
