Call of Duty on 15inch PowerBook

I just got a new 15inch PowerBook with 1.5Ghz G4, 512 mb of ram and 128mb ATI 9700, and Call of Duty looks great, but there is an stutter that occurs even with all the settings turned down. Does anybody know if they'll fix this with a patch, cause I know its not my machine.

I have a similar set-up but I don't have any problems with the game. In fact, I just finished the whole game for the second time yesterday.
