Hi,

I'm trying to see if my G4 can take dual processors (just for interest's sake) - there is a little application UniNorthASICChecker.sit - found here http://www.macbidouille.com/news/2002-09-05/#3375 , which basically tells you your board revision - however the instructions are "just launch it" - sadly I have not been able to figure out how to "just lauch it" (yes OSX noob :( ) - I double click it and it says unable to open and gives me an option to "open with" - any suggestions?

Thanx

You need to download the free Stuffit Expander. SIT is a Stuffit file.

http://www.stuffit.com/mac/expander/index.html

Once Stuffit Expander is installed, click on that file again and it will extract.

After that you will have your application which you click on to run.
