Really annoying entourage issue

I have a custom signature in Entourage. I also have any reply's or forwards to quote the previous email. Well it seems the signature keeps showing up at the bottom of the email UNDER all the quoting...so is there a way to stop this form happening.

I want the quoting to be the very last thin in the email.

Any ideas?
