Hi, I come in search of wisdom from Mac experts!
I recently upgraded from an iBook to a MacBook with OSX version 10.4.8.
At work we have a HP 3380 Laserjet all in one fax/copier/scanner/printer. It's been trouble since we got it! Never scanned with the iBook (I could live with that), but now that I have the new MacBook, I have downloaded what looks like the most recent driver from the HP site and it will scan but won't print (this I can't live with)! The job goes to the print queue and then just disappears without printing.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
