Since I've switched to a MacBook Pro, I've been using my "Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse 4000" that I used with my old PC laptop. Unfortunately, Microsoft's IntelliPoint software for the Mac doesn't work very well at all.
In Windows, the scrolling was perfectly smooth so that you could actually read the text as it scrolled by. Acceleration also worked very well.
Now, on my Mac, the scrolling is choppy and the pages flicker and make my eyes hurt after awhile. Is there any good mouse driver alternatives that could fix this? I've already tried Smart Scroll X and SmoothWheel, but still the page seems to flicker while scrolling.
