hyperlink don't work in iWeb

Here's the problem folks.
Using iWeb to create a site -
I created each page as jpg's in photoshop and then used those as the page backgrounds in iWeb so that I could use certain designs in the jpg as hyperlinks. I did this using the shape function ( a transparent square ) which linked to another page in my site.
In iWeb, the links work fine - when I upload my site (using fetch) onto my server, the hyperlinks don't work...
What am I doing wrong?

I figured it out.
In case anyone wants to know - here's the sollution.
It all had to do with the shape function.
What I was doing was creating the shape, making it see-through so that the image behind it could be seen - I was also taking the border of the shape away...this was the problem - if you want a shape to become a hyperlink - dont take away its 'border' - for some reason it doesn't recognize once you go live.
It doesn't make sense - cause it works in iWeb, but like I said, once you go live... nothing works.
Anyways, hope that makes sense. I'm glad I figured it out.
