Hello All! I have some questions regarding the Application HandBreak, but was not sure if it is acceptable to discuss the matter within the forum due to my interest in the program. If it is possible to ask the questions here, please simply say so in a response post. If it is not acceptable, and anyone is very familar with the program, please email me at [email protected] so that we may continue the discussion without added liability to these fine forums. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.

If the questions are about breaking copy protection, then that is not allowed here on the forums. Anything else about Handbrake is perfectly acceptable.

Handbrake is really for ripping a DVD to the hard drive as a smaller video file like AVI and MP4.

Go to the Handbrake forums and check there, most questions have already been answered.

And raptorkid, you sig picture is WAY to big, you might want to check the rules.

I am interested in
putting DVD's onto an external hard drive using my
MacBook so that I can watch them on my MacBook without
the DVD's present, say for traveling, but mainly so
that I may put them onto my current Treo 650 Palm OS
Smartphone and then later this year when I upgrade
onto a Windows Mobile 5 or 6 Pocket PC. I plan on
using The Core Pocket Media Player (TCPMP) to play the
movies, but don't know what format I should use,
what size, what bit rate, what audio format, etc. If
you would be willing to help, it would be GREATLY
appreciated. I thank you for your time and look
forward to your response.
