Heya,

Just having a bit of trouble with copying photos from finder window (picture > iphoto > etc) to a memory pen.

When copied, the photos on the pen are all less than 100kB (when the actual photo is 2MB). I''ve figured out the copied photos are taking the size of the preview photo/shortcut in the finder window.

How do i resolve this issue.

I know I can copy directly from iPhoto but I prefer this method if it'd work.

Many thanks,

iPhoto has separate directories for thumbnails and separate for the actual pictures. Sure you are using the right one?

Start messing around in finder and you start corrupting your photos! Best to do anything to your photos from within the app itself. Much better, more reliable results, and you won't take the chance of corrupting your library.
