Can't get back into OSX after installing boot camp

I thought you had to hold down the Apple key when the computer was starting up. I've done that, but it just keeps booting into Windows. Can anyone help?

It's the OPTION key right at the chime. It should bring up a boot up menu for XP or OSX.

In Windows also you open Control Panel and look for Startup Disk. Choose OSX.
