    Therefore to clarify:
    • You may not discuss breaking DVD or BluRay encryption, copying, or "ripping" commercial, copy-protected DVDs.
    • This includes DVDs or BluRays you own. Even if you own the DVD or BluRay, it is still technically illegal under the DMCA to break the encryption. Try changing your settings from "faster encoding" to multi-pass. With H.264, I find that setting the slider bar (if that's what you're using) just a touch above medium works well. Setting it to high will waste bandwidth. It may seem to take forever, but it really does help. For your sound I recommend the AAC codec and a 32000Hz sample rate at about 40kbps or so. That'll let you add another 40k to your video bit rate. Every little bit helps. Try again and post the results!

Also, your video does have a lot of handheld camera stuff, and that will always wreak havoc with compression due to the excess motion.

Ignore this comment. I later saw you had the link I was going to mention.

IMO, that video is actually not that bad, considering there are many fast moving scenes, which are not compression friendly. I've seen worse. :) C'mon, what do you expect for a streaming 320x240 video? If you want, you can split the video into 2 parts so you'll get more bandwidth for the original videos.

By the way, what's the original source? DV?
