Help! Need app to monitor bandwidth.

I need to limit my daily bandwidth usage to 5GB, and i need some way of keeping track of how much i have downloaded and uploaded each day. is there some kind of app that can keep track of this stuff for one day at a time.

if i keep going over 5gb my provider is going to cut me to a dial up!
