Make .py (Python) files always open in TextMate?

I installed the Python 2.5 package to replace the old 2.3.x installation that comes with 10.4, but I'm running into one problem: Python files are opening in some sub-window of IDLE when I double-click them, and I prefer them to open in TextMate...

So, how do I fix this? I used the "Always run with" option for one Python file, but (and this has always been my biggest OSX annoyance), only the single file in question now opens with TextMate. Where can I go to actually edit which applications are default to handle certain file extentions?

there should be an option under the info panel to change it to open with textmate and than a button to 'change all' this is one of the "annoyances" i love, 'cause you can make it so only certain files open in what you want:p but you can change them all that way.
