Actually, you can write a AppleScript to move the documents... but first one need to learn to AppleScript.

Well I don't know how to write scripts but maybe when Tiger comes out with Automator. Or I could use this opportunity to learn to write scripts. And to the other poster, yes I am doing it manually right now but the whole point is I want a way to do it automatically. But thanks for the help anyway.
