OK, so I'm the only MAC in a company of PCs. Our Fiery printer went down the other day and the technician actually had to come out and reinstall the drivers on the PCs, but no one here knows anything about a MAC. I have the new driver and everything looks good, when I print something it gets to the printer dialog, but I automatically get a red exclamation point saying the jobs are stopped. This is happening to another new printer as well. It looks like everything's good up until the jobs get stopped. Is there a step I'm missing or something? Please help!

Can you check the machine's print-job queue? There might be an old job that can't print and is plugging the pipeline. See if you can clear the queue.
