Just wanted to let you know that I am connected and posting this using a Franklin CDU-550 EVDO USB Modem on my MacBook. The actual service is from Altell. Had no problems making it work, no drivers were needed. Activated my card, plugged it, clicked connect, and was online. The speed is not that great, but hey, if Wi-Fi is not available, at least it I can connect!!
