I really want to uninstall PeerGuardian. Installing it has turned out to be the biggest mistake, it has been a complete nuisance for the last two days and every second webpage I load, I'm faced with all these stupid messages at the right side of my screen which take ages to fade. I get them even when I'm not running PeerGuardian; I thought I'd just be able to quit the application and I would be left to work in peace. However it doesn't appear to be that simple. I tried following the uninstall instructions in the application folder but it didn't work. I have now deleted the files but I'm worried that I need them in order to uninstall. Am I going to be stuck with this forever?
