Hello everyone. I'm having a problem with my G4 ibook. It was working fine yesterday, but today, when I try to boot up, all I get is a white screen, then a black screen,then it flashe, red, green, blue, etc. Sometimes it will stay black with a few stray white lines flashing through it. Anybody have any ideas on what causes this or how to fix it? Your help would be very much appreciated!

I hope you still have your restore CDs that came with your iBook. You can see on which CD the Apple Hardware Test is, pop it in your optical drive and boot from it. Here is how to boot from it.
Run the Extended Test. Report back with your findings.
It sounds to me like it is a video card problem but I could be wrong. Good luck.
