New iMac Direct X 9+ compatible?

I am going to be buy some version of windows soon to run my PC games on my iMac. My question is, one of the games i have(command and conquer 3) requires a computer that is direct x 9 compatible, if i run boot camp with lets say windows XP, will my iMac play the game good? let alone run it at all.

My brother plays Command & Conquer 3 on his new iMac under Boot Camp and it looks great. So you shouldn't have any trouble running the game.

BTW, the 2400/2600 card in the iMacs is actually DirectX 10 capable
