all applications quit unexpectedly

Hello, i'm new here. I have a problem with my macbook pro, every time i open an application it shuts down not long after. each time i am given a message which says' this application has quit unexpectedly.

so i cant use my mac at all. what should i do?

You can either take it to Apple Care or Restore everything as in from factory.
