HELP! DV still to Jpeg?

Hi, I have chosen a still from some DV footage in i-movies and gone to CREATE STILL FRAME and now I want to put it in photoshop to draw a red arrow on it but Photoshop won't accept it and I can't change it to a Jpeg file in Imagewell because it won't accept it either.

What to do?

OK, you don't want to select 'create still frame' because that will only store a single frame in your clip section. It isn't actually saving it anywhere, just storing it for use WITHIN iMovie.

Instead, go to File>Save Frame. You can now create your image.
