Weird Safari Thing

Has anyone ever had this problem with Safari?



When I open Safari this phantom white rectangle pops up. I've clicked on it everywhere...nothing. If you tap on Safari it goes to the background and Safari works fine. It only comes up when I open Safari. Thanks for any help.

Can you make the picture a bit bigger so we can see what's going on?
