Mac mini internet trouble

I am having trouble connecting my mac mini to the wireless internet. My ibook connects ok and so does my house mates PC. I've even bought a WLAN Adaptor which I can't solve the problem with. This used to work and now isn't showing as connected to our network. I've also tried connecting via ethernet to the ibook and haven't sussed this.

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Intel.

Around the time the WLAN Adaptor stopped picking up the signal was when I had updated OSX to 10.4.10, but I also wonder if I have knocked the airport antenna out of place.
