Hi guys,
I'm interested in running an FTP off of my Mac with OS X 10.3.9 installed. I have no-ip installed, as well.

I have searched numerous places for this, but it only comes up with clients.

Any answers?
Thanks in advance!

Awesome, that's great.
However, is there anyway I can choose which files/folders are shared?

I recommend Sharepoints. It's a prefpane, and you can change directories shared for FTP and SAMBA.
