sync folders program

HI, I just switched and I'm looking for a program to sync folders, schedule sync etc... on windwos i was using 2brightsparks syncback product, any suggestions?

Look for a Preferences Pane called Deja Vu. I think it was originally part of the Toast suite of programs, but it's available seperately now. It essentially asks you what folder to clone, where to clone it to, how to manage cloned files, and when you want to schedule it.

Sounds like this is just what you want...and it's small/lightweight/resource sparing.
