Basic question

Hi there,

I'm a recent switcher and wondered if anyone knew the answer to this:

When I'm given an option window (eg. Save or Cancel) one of the options is always blue and is the selected option. Is there a way of toggling the selected option using the keyboard? I've tried the arrow keys but they don't do anything. Not a major problem but if it's possible - I'll use it.
