hi

What is a .sitx file format?

What is a .dmg file format?

If you had a .toast file can you use another program or open it without toast? (i.e. could Nero burn a .toast file?)

That's about all for now :) thx

sitx is a compressed file. Use stuff it to decompress it. Its comes built-in in OS X.

dmg is a mountable image file. It can be very small and can be huge too. It helps the author to integrate a background and the position of the icons in the window.

.toast files can work without toast. They can work as a .dmg file

I'm not sure whether Nero can burn a toast file, but I see no reason why it shouldn't.

hope that helps.
