Quad Core 1TB iMacs revealed

According to this Apple news site(German), new configurations are already on the Apple reseller system. Both 20" and 24" are available with 2,4GHz C2D processors and the HDD capacity has been increased to 320GB. Macmini is also upgraded to a C2D processor and a 120GB HDD. iWork and iLife 08 can also be pre-ordered.

This is the iMac. I though it would be more different. I'd rather it be like the fake iphone-esque mockup.

looks...kinda the same? but the specs are nice

It's grown on me since I first saw it. I'd like to see a real photo, but it looks nice. The keyboard is underwhelming, although the size is incredible.

My Intel iMac suddenly looks even more dated.

Quad Core?? Still looks like Core 2 Duo to me. Quad cores would be cool though.

Yeah, looks like the same old Core 2 Duo chip. I'm really excited about the new iLife though! Can't wait.

The specs are nice and it's very thin, but that's all I like about it. They're pretty good about matching stuff. Now the keyboard and mouse don't really match it haha. :x

Do you think the new iLife will come with Leopard? Or we will have to buy it separate?

Hmm, I like it more and more. I wish I had a real use for a desktop, I'd upgrade.
