Well, to replace the 256MB stick and compliment the 1GB you already have thus upgrading to 2GB, this memory should be fine.

I'd be a tad worried about some of the reviews presented in that link, but then again I always consider that 'that guy' is always there to provide some bad review about just about anything you might find online.

So, to recap. The specs of that memory stick are correct for what you wish to install it into (a Macbook.) You'll probably find that it will work just fine.

Don't worry too much about 'that guy'. People who buy something, install it, and find it to be perfectly okay don't usually post a review of how happy they are. They generally do so when something goes wrong.
