Copying itunes from mac to PC

I have bootcamped my Mac Pro and have 3500 songs on my mac, i would like to transfer these to my windows side of my computer, i thought i could do it with my ipod but when i put my ipod on the dock it wants to reformat my ipod
Any suggestions on how to do this?

Same thing you would do if you wanted to move files from your PC to your Mac. You will have to reformat your iPod.
