graphic drivers in bootcamp

Today I installed Windows Vista Home Premium using Boot Camp on my Mac Pro. I was wondering, after i've installed the bootcamp drivers, do I need to go to the ATI/AMD website to download drivers for my x1900 XT? This is kind of weird and I don't want to cause an explosion so please help :D
