Migration Assistant just for iTunes?

iMac Intel Core Duo 2Ghz 20", MacBook Intel Core 2 Duo 2Ghz 13"
For those that have used migration assistant, can you use it strictly for just transferring iTunes data? I tried just copying the iTunes music folder over and then copying itself to iTunes but it was missing album work and other important information.
