Guide to shortcuts?

So since my Powerbook doesn't have a 2nd mouse button on board, I am going to learn how to function without the right-click. Is there a default keypress that would bring up the rickt click menu? Or is there a guide to Mac shortcuts I can read?

At the Finder, select "Mac Help" from the Help menu and enter "shortcut" in the search field.
