Ya... I've installed it too. I'm hoping it will fix my wireless issue.

I've had problems with my wireless connection ever since I installed the 10.4.10 update. The airport icon would always remain connected but loading pages is slow and often would hang trying to access a page. None of my windows computers have issues so I know it's some sort of compatibility issue between the macbook and the d-link router. As well, the macbook wireless works fine at my girlfriend's place (linksys router).
