Reading a CD-R Disk

For us to help you, we need to know what extension of the file is.
example
Scan.jpg
Scan.psd
scan.iso
an easy way to check the file extension is to "right click" on it and get the info.
My dad gave me a cd with MRI scans on them, it came with it's own software though that let you view it with 360 rotation.

i would suggest MagicISO
it can see what's on the disc, i haven't tried it on a mac, but it seems it works on it, http://www.magiciso.com/FAQ/FAQ0012.htm
