my ipod froze...how do I restart it?

Hi everyone,

I just bought an ipod. just now I was trying to play an audio file on it and it just froze.

I was wondering if anyone know how to fix this problem?

does this happen often to ipods?

the wheel is not working, connecting it to the computer doesn't do anything...is there a reset button somewhere?

Push and HOLD the middle button and the menu button at the SAME TIME for 10 seconds.. This may take a few trys and it works best if hooked to power.
