iStat is telling me that I consistently have 50kb/s going out, but I don't have any programs running that are uploading anything. Is there any software I can download that will pinpoint what's hogging all my bandwidth?

I was on a T1. Now I am on a network with both a T1 and a Cable modem.
I with Activity Monitor told how much bandwidth each process uses.

I meant to say "wish" instead of "with". Sorry!

I tried Throttled Pro, but couldn't wrap my head around it. It's supposed to let you throttle the network usage of individual processes. With that, and some trial+error, you can find out the rogue process. I think!

I'd suggest doing this:

Terminal:

netstat | grep EST

That will show you active connections - A good starting point
