I'm downloaded the latest version of iTunes 7.3.1 so that I can use it with my iPhone. For some reason, it will not let me import any of my mp4/m4v videos. When I drag the file from my desktop to the iTunes library window, the green + button comes on like it is going to import but then nothing happens. I tried using the "Import" command and nothing happens either. Has anybody else run into this problem? It doesn't make any sense at all. Also, when I double-click the movie itself, it switches to the iTunes window as if it's going to play the video but nothing happens.
