help with changing apple themes and icons

I saw this picture of a mac os theme on another forum, i was just wondering if anyone knew what the theme and icons were? If not, anyone know any good websites for modifying the look of the OS system?

You need shapeshifter to change your theme.

For icon customization there are two applications.
Candybar (the more known one) is a really nice application but not freeware.
LiteIcon is freeware and probably good enough for the starting desktop customizer. I reviewed the application a while ago (check my signature if you're interested). As for good resources for mac themes and icons:

I recommend:

interfacelift.com (for wallpapers, shapeshifter themes, icons, etc.)
deviantart.com (attention: this is a BIG community...you might be overwhelmed at first).
