Netlimiter for Mac OS X?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew of an application like netlimiter for the Mac? For all the non-switchers out there Netlimiter is a little utility that limits internet traffic by applications (rather than ports).

I actually was wondering if there was an application out there for the traffic shaping feature. I forgot about the firewall netlimiter had integrated also, but I already have Little Snitch.

Read above - Little Snitch does exactly what you're looking for.

I have to second little snitch. I use it. And it can black/white by:
whole application or port being used. And you also can just enable/disable a process once if you want to. Use it. It's very good.

He wants something he can use to limit the bandwidth allotted to applications (bandwidth shaping)., NOT a firewall.

Little snitch is does not do this.
