Hi I was wondering if anyone knew of an application like netlimiter for the Mac? For all the non-switchers out there Netlimiter is a little utility that limits internet traffic by applications (rather than ports).

Here is a link to the software for more information:
http://http://www.netlimiter.com/

I'm looking forward to hearing suggestions soon.

Did you find one?

Did you find a good equivalent to NetLimiter for the Mac?

I have to second little snitch. I use it. And it can black/white by:
whole application or port being used. And you also can just enable/disable a process once if you want to. Use it. It's very good.

He wants something he can use to limit the bandwidth allotted to applications (bandwidth shaping)., NOT a firewall.

Little snitch is does not do this.
