Anyone tried the Beta yet?

Just noticed it comes with the Apple Developers Starter Kit (ADC Select costs $499).

I wonder how finished it is?

There was someone else on the forum that had seen a copy that a developer was using outside the Apple Store. The developer said that his beta was very recent and still buggy. As most beta's are.

Some times the official release is still a bit buggy. Thats why I usually wait till a second revision, but really Apple is fairly good about sending out updates to fix any issues.

Even the Safari Beta 3.0 was buggy for me, I'm not completely sure about Leopard though. Hopefully they get most of the issues resolved by the October release date.

So if you subscribe to the ADC and you get this, do you also get the finished OS X 10.5 when its release?
