Ruby on Rails.....
Wow!!!
I suppose this is directed towards people that are familiar with Ruby on Rails.
I'm impressed but I'm still trying to decide where to start.
I have been watching a few screencasts on this and I am very interested in learning it. However, as they said in the screencasts I would probably be better off trying to learn Ruby on Rails using a learning by doing method on a project. Has anyone got any ideas as to what kind of an application would be good to start on?
I have a blog http://tigerplug.wordpress.com
Now, I have thought about trying to build a basic blog application with Ruby on Rails and then try importing all of my stuff from my wordpress blog.
Do you think that this would be possible and also would it be a good place to start?
I'd love to hear suggestions & comments/advice from some of you that do work with Ruby on Rails.
