Can i boot to my work computer over the internet from home?

I would like to be able to do some work at home but use programs that i wouldn't have on my macbook pro but i do have on my G4 at work.

Please tell me if i haven't explained this well enough.

You need something like Apples remote desktop or "Chicken of the VNC" (Which is free).

There is no way that you are going to be able to "Boot" to this other machine.
However, you can connect into it remotely using a VNC client.

Here's something worth reading:

If you need any help setting it up drop me a detailed PM

ahh ok, i'll do some research on that.
thanks for your reply and offer of assistance
