Require Password to wake computer now always working

Your Mac's Specs
13 inch Macbook Pro Retina, 2.7ghz, 128gb SSD
OK, basically sometimes I put my macbook to sleep by closing the lid, but then when I open it, I put in the password in the login screen but nothing happends. Theres just a black screen with the mouse.

Does anyone know why this happends. It only happends sometimes.
